Sedna is an Alaskan folklore water deity. The Alaskans are dependent on the ocean's bounty, and because of this they have a deep connection and reverence for her waters for nourishment. This glass fish is a reminder for you to notice and revere that which nourishes you - whether it be nature, people in your life or even quiet moments.
