Exchange and Refurbishment Policy

Exchange Policy
PICHULIK will gladly accept exchanges within 28 days of the date of purchase, provided that: 
Items are returned within 28 days of date of purchase or order delivery
Items are returned with the original sales receipt
Items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered , unsoiled and undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging
All shipping costs will be need to be settled from the customers account
Refurbishment Policy
Items are classified as faulty if they are not of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
PICHULIK items that are received damaged or become damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault within six (6) months of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 
If your PICHULIK  item is faulty when you receive it, please email  customercare@pichulik.com with email subject line: PICHULIK RETURN – PRODUCT DAMAGED ON RECEIPT, within 7 days of receipt. 
Please include the following information in the email: 
  • Image of product and the product fault
  • Proof of purchase (dated SMS, email or printed receipt )
  • Contact details: Name, contact number and physical address of residence.
Our customer care associates will revert within 48 hours of receiving your email with a reference number, postage return address, and feedback on the next steps. Please return your faulty item for an exchange within 28 days from the date of purchase. 
If your PICHULIK  item becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault within six months of purchase, please email customercare@pichulik.com with email subject line: PICHULIK RETURN – PRODUCT FAULT
Please include the following information in the email: 
  • Image of product and the product fault
  • Proof of purchase (dated SMS, email or printed receipt )
  • Contact details: Name, contact number and physical address of residence.
PICHULIK will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.
If you have owned your item for longer than 6 months, you are not eligible for an exchange.
After the 6-month period a repair cost will be charged.

PICHULIK has made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on pichulik.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display or a colour will be completely accurate.
