PICHILIK has taken the utmost care in providing a safe working environment and as a result, we are implementing various initiatives as advised by the South African authorities and the World Health Organization to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Our company has implemented a policy of rigorous social distancing to ensure the safety of our staff. No more than five employees are in our studio at any one time. We are screening our staff's temperatures when they arrive for work and everyone is required to wear masks, sanitise their hands every 15 minutes, and sanitise their workspaces and hands before, during and after work. All staff have been given masks, hand sanitiser and gloves to use at home, at work and on public transport. No one is allowed in the studio without a mask.

All orders have been prepared and packaged in a sanitised environment with every possible precaution taken to ensure that it arrives on your doorstep in a pristine condition.

We would advise for additional precaution to sanitize your hands before and after opening your parcel.

PICHULIK pieces are shaped in a combination of traditional sailing and yachting chord and waxed cotton, gold lurex and hemp thread. It is further embellished with a trousseau of either custom lost-wax brass forms, crystals, found materials and shaped beads.

All our cast earring components are lost wax mould cast in brass, then 22k gold plated. The pins are surgical steel. Our hoops are sterling Italian silver with 22k gold plating.

All PICHULIK pieces are locally handcrafted by a team of wonderful women. With handcraft, the makers individuality is imprinted on the design. Although we maintain regulated design processes, exact material measurements - each piece will have a slight human imprint of difference.

Earrings:
To ensure longevity, handle and store this piece with great care
Avoid bending the hoop pin as this may lead to breakage
To maintain Gold hoop earrings, avoid contact with perfume as this may affect the plating.
Apply any perfume before putting gold hoops on.

Necklaces and bracelets:
To ensure longevity, handle and store this piece with great care
To shine brass fittings, use a copper polish
To remove dirt, wipe with a damp cloth

We do not offer refunds, however we can assist with an exchange. Please have a look at our returns policy here

You can purchase gifts cards online here. Gift cards can be used online or instore.

Definitely. Make a note in the comment section and add your friends address in the delivery address. Don’t worry, we won’t add an invoice in with the parcel. All our online orders are packaged with a PICHULIK dust bag and a note.

You will receive a confirmation email with an order number.

On despatch of your parcel, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We deliver nationwide using Courier IT courier services and you can track your parcel on their website (www.courierit.co.za)

Production takes between 2-3 workings days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Delivery can take between 2 - 5 workings to be delivered, dependent on shipping address
